TIXU wasn’t designed on a drawing board – it was born in variety theater. At GOP Entertainment Group, tickets are sold, dinners booked, guests admitted and questions answered every night, and that’s exactly what we built our system for. Over the past few years it has grown into much more than a ticket shop. Our old website barely showed any of that. That changes now.
With the relaunch, we show in detail for the first time what TIXU can do – with real examples from the back office instead of marketing promises. Here are the key points.
TIXU Ticketing: from sale to admission
Ticketing is at the heart of it. Online, at the box office or through resellers – all channels use the same inventory and the same prices, so double bookings can’t happen.
- An online shop in your venue’s design, with seating and stadium plans
- Upgrades per ticket: dinner, drinks package or merch – including options such as “vegetarian”
- Admission via app with live counts per gate, season tickets and memberships included
- Price suggestions per date and category based on booking pace, occupancy and the previous year – nothing changes without your approval
- One inbox for chat, email and WhatsApp, with the booking and customer history right next to it
- Newsletters and campaigns straight from your own customer data
The AI assistant: ask instead of exporting
New is the AI assistant. You ask questions about your numbers in plain language – for example, which shows sold out fastest last year – and get the answer as a chart or table. The result can be saved straight away as a customer list, for instance for the next newsletter. Privacy mattered to us here: names, email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses are masked before the AI sees anything. The link to your customers stays in your system.
TIXU Market: the marketplace launches soon
With TIXU Market, we are building a consumer booking portal. Guests find dinner shows, variety theater, murder mystery dinners, comedy and magic near them – sorted by region and occasion. Organizers list their dates and keep their existing ticketing system.
The commission depends on how early before the event a booking is made: from 10% for bookings more than 60 days ahead to 25% in the final week. Until 2027, founding partner terms are available on a limited basis. The marketplace goes live soon – if you want to be there from day one, it’s best to get in touch now.
Open to your systems
Hardly any venue works with just one piece of software, so TIXU can be connected: via the partner API, other systems access booking and customer data securely, DATEV exports go straight to accounting, and TIXU processes webhooks from other systems in real time. On request, the telephony integration recognizes incoming calls and instantly shows the matching customer data. Switching doesn’t mean starting from scratch: we migrate your data from any system, as long as it allows the data to be exported.
Secure and hosted in Germany
TIXU runs on Hetzner servers in Nuremberg and Falkenstein, in ISO 27001-certified data centers. We back up the databases daily and encrypted. The new website itself works without tracking, too.
What does TIXU cost?
There’s deliberately no price list, because every venue works differently. Billing is based on a fixed price per ticket, a fixed price per order, a percentage of revenue – or a combination. We’ll work out together which model fits.
And on the website itself?
- Book a demo online – with the available slots from our calendar and your contacts at a glance
- All content in German, English and Spanish
- Our brand film, now with subtitles in all three languages
- An accessibility menu: adjust font size, contrast and animations
What’s next?
This is where we’ll report on new features, the marketplace launch and experiences from the venues working with TIXU. If you’d rather see TIXU right away: in a 30-minute online demo, we’ll show you everything live – free and with no obligation.
