Do I need Ticketing to sell on the marketplace?
No. The marketplace works independently of your ticketing system. Every booking is sent to you; you book the tickets in your system and send the guest the original tickets.
Can I connect my ticketing system?
Yes. Through the partner API your system fetches new bookings and maintains dates, allocations and sales cutoffs – just like in the partner portal. Via the MCP endpoint, your AI assistant can work with it too.
Who sets prices and availability?
You do. You release specific dates and allocations and can adjust or pause them at any time.
Does the marketplace compete with my own shop?
No, it complements it. Your shop serves guests who already know you. The marketplace brings guests who are looking for an experience and discover you along the way.
How do bookings reach me?
Guests buy a ticket voucher on the marketplace. The booking with all details is sent to you; you book the tickets in your system and send the guest the original tickets.
